If for any reason, a product purchased from us does not meet your expectations, you have the possibility to return it unused and in resalable condition within 30 days of receipt. We will gladly offer you an exchange or, at our option, a refund provided that the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused and in resalable condition. In the event of a deterioration of the product, compensation for lost value may be demanded.

Kindly note that our return policy does not apply to engraved items.

Customers will need to arrange the return sending themselves and pay for the sending cost. Except where the item returned is faulty, in that case we will pay the sending cost.
