Contract

A Contract between the customer and XOL for the sale of our products will only exist once an order has been accepted, processed, dispatched and the total amount for the value of the goods (including delivery costs where applicable) has been received by XOL.

XOL takes great care to provide accurate descriptions and information on this website but XOL cannot and does not guarantee that product descriptions and other content are complete, reliable, current, or error free. Slight variations in the actual products may occur.

"Ree-Yong" is a trademark of XOL. The contents of this website (including pictures, photographs, text, logos, designs and products) are the copyright and trademark of XOL. All rights reserved. The use of any XOL trademark without XOL's express written consent is strictly prohibited.

Liability

In all circumstances XOL shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages or expenses, including but not limited to lost profits or other economic or commercial losses. This warranty does not affect your statutory rights. Never shall any compensation by XOL exceed the price of the purchased product in question.  
The failure of XOL to enforce any right or provision of these Terms and Conditions will not be deemed a wavier of such right or provision.
These Terms and Conditions are the entire and exclusive agreement between XOL and you regarding this website, its content, and products. These Terms and Conditions supersede and replace any prior agreements between XOL and you regarding this website, its content, and products and any conditions that you place on an order of products.
If there is any conflict between these Terms and Conditions and rules and/or specific terms of use appearing on this website relating to specific content then the latter shall prevail.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong SAR. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Hong Kong SAR.

Pricing and Availability

Prices and availability of products may be subject to change without prior notice.

Return Policy

If for any reason, a product purchased from us does not meet your expectations, you have the possibility to return it unused and in its original packaging within 30 days of receipt. XOL will be more than happy to offer you an exchange or, at our option, a refund provided that the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused, and with the original packaging. In the event of a deterioration of the product, compensation for lost value may be demanded.

For all returns, except where the item is faulty, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us. We will only refund the costs of postage where the item returned is faulty.

Please note that our return policy does not apply to all personalized items.

When returning items we strongly recommend you to obtain proof of posting. XOL cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.
