Return Policy

If for any reason, a product purchased from us does not meet your expectations, you have the possibility to return it unused and in resalable condition within 30 days of receipt. We will gladly offer you an exchange or, at our option, a refund provided that the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused and in resalable condition. In the event of a deterioration of the product, compensation for lost value may be demanded.

Please note that our return policy does not apply to engraved items.

For all returns, except where the item is faulty, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us. We will only refund the costs of postage where the item returned is faulty.
